For residential cleaning companies
The general manager your cleaning company never had.
We answer the phone, quote it, book it, and put the day back together when a cleaner calls out.
No contract. Month to month, either of us can end it on notice, no penalty.
The day that gets away from you
None of it is an emergency. That is why it never gets fixed.
- The phone rings while you’re on a job, so you let it go. That was a recurring client.
- A cleaner calls out at 6:40am and you spend the morning rebuilding the day instead of running it.
- Three people asked for a quote yesterday. Two already booked somebody else.
What we run
- Calls answered and quotedEvenings and weekends too.
- Jobs booked and confirmedIn the software you already use.
- Callouts rebuiltThe day fixed, the clients told.
- Recurring slots kept fullBefore the gap gets long.
- Customers followed upSo they book the next one.
What you are actually choosing between
Every owner has looked at some version of these.

What stays yours
Handing over the phones is not handing over the company.
- Hiring and firing
- What you pay your team
- Your pricing
- Your equipment
- The clients you want to keep personally
We work inside a decision limit and a spending limit you set. Anything past it comes to you first.
How it works
- A stated coverage window
- Real hours, written into the agreement, including how the phone is covered outside them.
- Defined decision rights
- What we handle, what needs your say so, and the dollar figure between them. You set it.
- A named person
- One person who knows your crews and your regulars. Not a ticket queue.
Who we are
We run the day for mobile pet grooming. More than twenty vans, five locations. Cleaning is next, and we are opening a small founding group.
Same day, different trade. Recurring visits on a route, a schedule that collapses when one person calls out, a phone that rings while the owner is busy.
We have never run a cleaning company. If you want a vendor with cleaning case studies, that is not us yet. If you would rather be the reason they exist, keep reading.
You would be working with these two. Both of them are on your first call, and one of them stays accountable for your account after it.

Systems
Builds the operations behind it. Every integration, every automation, and everything that has to work at 6am.

Operations
Runs the delivery. She has run this exact day, on real routes, for years, and she is the reason it works.
The founding group
Founding Operator
Two or three operators, one system, ninety days.
- Day 1AccessCredentials and the decision limits
- Week 2Phones forwardedWe start answering
- Week 3Fully answeringEvery call, every quote
- Day 60Graduate or stopAn honest look at the numbers
- Day 91Standard pricingThe rate you already signed
- Length
- Ninety days, then it converts to standard pricing. That rate is printed in the agreement you sign on day one.
- Exit
- Two weeks’ notice, either direction, no penalty.
- Price
- A reduced founding rate, and a real invoice. Free pilots select for owners who never forward the phone.
- Who we want
- One operator near the top of their system, one in the middle. Not a rescue.
- You commit
- Access day one, phones forwarded by week two, thirty minutes a week, and permission to tell the story if it works.
The questions everybody asks
- Is a person answering, or a machine?
- Both, depending on the hour. Either way the quote comes from your price list and the booking lands in your system. We will show you exactly how it works before you sign anything.
- What does it cost?
- Not settled for cleaning yet, and we are not going to invent a number here. Working that out is part of what the founding group is for.
- Do I have to change software?
- No. We work inside whatever you already run.
- What about the clients who only want me?
- They stay yours. You tell us which ones, and we route them straight through.
- What if it is not working?
- You leave. Two weeks, either direction, no penalty.
- Who actually does this?
- Brandon and Rachel and the team they run. Both of them are on your first call.
One twenty minute call.
What your week looks like, where the day breaks, what you would hand over first. If it is not a fit we will say so on the call.
No contract. Month to month, either of us can end it on notice, and there is no penalty for leaving.
