Pillar Operations
Privacy Policy
Last updated August 9, 2026
Pillar Operations LLC runs the day for local service businesses. GroomingOps is our operating brand for mobile pet grooming, and residential cleaning is our next vertical.
Read this first, because two different things get confused
This policy covers visitors to this website. That is a small amount of information, and some of it is used for advertising, which is described plainly below.
It does not cover the operational data we handle for clients: their scheduling records, their customers' messages, the calls our team and our assistant answer on their behalf. That data is governed by a separate policy atgroomingops.com/privacy and by each client's signed agreement. It is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared for anyone else's marketing. Those two statements sit side by side on purpose: running ads to reach business owners and handling a client's customer data are different activities, and we treat them differently.
What this site collects
- What you send us. If you book a call or fill in a form, we get your name, business, email, phone, and whatever else you choose to tell us, so that we can have the conversation you asked for.
- Advertising and analytics identifiers. Cookies and similar identifiers that record that a browser visited a page, arrived from a particular ad, and reached the booking step. This is standard web advertising measurement.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive information through this site. Please do not send it.
The specific tools, by name
Rather than say "third parties", here is the actual list.
- Meta. The Meta pixel, so we can measure which ads produce a conversation and show follow-up ads to people who visited but did not book.
- Reddit. The Reddit pixel, for the same measurement on that platform.
- HubSpot. Our CRM. It stores what you submit and records which campaign brought you here, so that we know what is working.
Each of these providers handles the data it receives under its own privacy policy and its own terms.
What we use it for
Following up on a conversation you started, measuring whether our advertising works, and showing our ads to people who have already shown interest. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our CRM while there is any prospect of working together, and are deleted on request. Advertising identifiers expire on the schedule each platform sets, which is typically months rather than years.
Turning it off
- Your browser can block or clear cookies, and most browsers offer a do-not-track or tracking-prevention setting.
- Meta and Reddit both let you limit ad personalisation inside your account settings on those platforms, which is more effective than anything we can do from our side.
- Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no version of this where we quietly broaden what we do with your information.
