These terms govern your use of pillaroperations.com. They are not the agreement that governs our services.

This is not the service agreement

If you become a client, a separate written Service Agreement governs the work, the fees, the coverage window, the decision limits and how either of us ends it. That document is signed, it is specific to you, and nothing on this page changes it. Where this page and that agreement disagree, that agreement wins.

What this site is

Marketing material and an invitation to have a conversation. Nothing here is an offer, a quote or a commitment to provide services, and we can change or remove any of it at any time. Descriptions of what we do are general. What we would actually do for your business gets written down before you sign anything.

Booking a call

Booking a call creates no obligation on either side. We may decline to work with a business, and we frequently do, usually because it is not a fit or because we do not have the capacity to do it well.

Your use of the site

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means at a rate that burdens it, or use it to send anything unlawful. The text, design, marks and the pillar glyph are ours. You may quote or link to the site with attribution. You may not present our material as your own.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

The site is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Pillar Operations LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

Tennessee law governs these terms, and the courts of Tennessee are where any dispute about them is heard.
